Nicky Taylor
Nicky has been working at TMcK since graduating in 2004 with a degree in Medical Biochemistry gained at the University of Glasgow and is a Certified Member of the MRS. His key skills lie in research design, presentation, and project management. In his spare time, he likes to keep fit by playing football and cycling to work.
Lisa Dixon
After studying at Central Saint Martins Lisa began her fieldwork career at Leftfield, a fieldwork company based in London. Lisa moved back to Glasgow in 2011, and is our fieldwork & logistics expert. Lisa loves cooking, travelling and spending time with her family.
Laura Taylor
After completing a Chemistry degree, Laura worked as a scientist for a few years before joining TMcK in 2008. Laura completed the Advanced Certificate in Market Research in 2011 and is a full member of the MRS. Laura’s role at TMcK is varied and involves organising qualitative and quantitative projects, helping to run the viewing studio and general office and staff management. In her spare time Laura loves reading, eating out, and anything involving tidying or organising.
Clare Glen
Clare joined TMcK in 2015 as head of qualitative research after working at Added Value, a global Brand Development and Insight agency in both London and Sydney. Clare specialises in qualitative insight and has a PhD in Consumer Psychology and Retail Marketing. In her spare time she loves watching her children’s hockey and rugby antics and walking the dog!
Joe Greenwood
Joe joined the TMcK team in June 2016 on a part time ‘interning’ basis while completing his MSc in Marketing at the University of Strathclyde. As of September 2016 Joe started working full time for TMcK and now heads up the companies Usability & UX offering as well as working across Qualitative and Quantitative full service research projects.
Samantha Hare
Sam has completed a MSc in Health Psychology and previously had roles within the NHS and Department of Work and Pensions, before joining the TMcK team in 2022. She is a full member of the MRS and is currently working towards her Advanced Certificate in Social and Market Research Practice. Sam’s role at TMcK involves working on a wide range of qualitative and quantitative projects within the Insight Department. When not at work, Sam loves going to gigs and hanging out with her cat, Monty.
Peter Hollier
Peter joined TMcK in 2014 after completing a degree in Sport & Active Lifestyle Promotion from Glasgow Caledonian University, and then working on the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games. At TMcK Peter heads up our consumer fieldwork department and is the go-to person for financial research projects. In 2017 he completed the Advanced Certificate in Market & Social Research. In his spare time Peter is a keen rugby player and is often sporting a black eye from his exploits on the rugby field.
Laura Speirs
Laura arrived at Taylor McKenzie in September 2014, bringing with her a huge amount of retail management and customer service experience. Laura currently heads up TMCK’s Medical recruitment and also manages Consumer and International Fieldwork projects. Keeping calm under pressure allows her to ensure that all projects run smoothly, and all clients leave happy! Laura has completed the Advanced Certificate in Market & Social Research and is a full member of the MRS. Laura is a trained actor and enjoys going to watch a good musical, sometimes even appearing in the odd one too if not on holiday exploring new countries and cultures.
Lynne Carson
Lynne has been working on and off with TMcK since 2013 helping to manage recruitment and fieldwork projects alike. She has a BA in Media Studies and has worked as a self-employed musician in the past whilst still maintaining a working relationship with Tmck. As a Project Manager Lynne oversees a range of work across the UK, but her main focus is her role managing the Scottish Government’s benefits research which she feels very proud to be part of as the findings make a real and lasting difference to many peoples’ lives.
Emma Golfieri
After completing her Masters in International Relations, Emma started working as a project manager in the Translation sector before joining the TMcK team in February 2022. Emma is a full member of the MRS. In her role as Project Manager, Emma supports the fieldwork division of the business working on a wide range of projects as well as working on the launch of TM Panel. In her spare time, she loves reading novels and listening to podcasts.
Brad Cleary
After completing his bachelor’s degree in history, journalism and creative Writing, Brad worked various jobs as a Swimming Instructor, Regional Interview and Website Editor before joining Taylor McKenzie in 2021. Brad takes on a variety of roles working between managing fieldwork projects and helping out with recruitment, as well as running tech tests for different projects. Brad likes to keep himself busy, spending his spare time doing various sports or playing music.
Yasmin Withers
Yasmin joined the TMcK team in August 2019 after leaving school. Yasmin started working full time and achieved her MRS Recruiter Accreditation Scheme (RAS) Certificate in Market and Social Research. In her spare time she loves travelling and cooking! She also loves doing art and design projects which are a real passion of hers.
Emma MacDonald
Emma had worked most of her life in Retail in various positions from Team Leader, Admin and Management and completed an HND in Retail Management. In August 2019, after her maternity leave finished, she joined TMcK. She started out as a Hostie but only a couple of weeks later she joined the recruitment team. Emma works part time here at TMcK, working 3 days a week and achieved her MRS Recruiter Accreditation Scheme (RAS) Certificate in Market and Social Research. She loves chatting and getting to know our respondents and is our resident Bob the Builder, if you need anything built/painted or moved…Emma’s your girl for that.
Greg Leyden
Initially starting out as an intern in 2021, Greg has joined after completing his degree in marketing and enterprise. With previous experience in the music industry and hospitality, Greg’s key skills lie in being creative and having an eye for detail. He has now taken up a new role to help across multiple projects and within the insight team. Greg enjoys keeping fit through running and playing football.
Amy Grantham
After graduating from the University of Glasgow with a degree in Sociology, Amy joined TMcK in 2023. As part of the recruitment team, she spends her days liaising with clients and participants about exciting new research. In her spare time, you can catch Amy volunteering with various charities, shopping or going to gigs.
Rebecca McGuigan
After graduating from the University of Strathclyde with a degree in Psychology, Rebecca joined TMcK in 2024. Rebecca loves working within the recruitment team, especially getting to know the clients, and bringing new participants on board for exciting new research. Rebecca is a massive Swiftie and when not talking on the phone at work, she can be found chewing someone’s ear off about Taylor Swift or her dog, Ollie.
Hattie Rossi
Hattie joined TMcK in 2023 after completing a Psychology BSc at Liverpool University and working for a remote market research agency. She spends her day supporting the Insight team on qualitative and quantitative research projects and conducting interviews. In her spare time, Hattie enjoys cooking new dishes, spin classes and watching women’s football.
